William Carrell Weaver, Jr.

William C. Weaver, Jr, GySgt (Ret) died on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital. William is originally from Rockport, TX and is survived by his wife, Yolanda G. Weaver of San Antonio, TX; a son, Joshua and Crystal Weaver of Leander, TX; a daughter, Amanda and Greg Howell of Colorado Springs, CO; 3 grandsons, Logan, Tyberious, and Jackson, and 2 granddaughters, Laylette and Stacie.  His extended family comprised of his sister Susan Weaver of Big Spring, TX; Thomas M. Weaver of Madison, AL: sister-in-law Sylvia Benavidez of San Antonio, Maria and Ronald Sprayberry of Rockport, TX; mother-in-law, Refugia Guerra of Rockport, TX; brother-in-law, Hector Guerra of Rockport, TX; and Esmerelda and Pete Zamora of Rockport, TX.

William is a 20-year Veteran of the US Marine Corps, from February 1987 to February 2007 originally enlisted as a Baker 3311 but transitioned to Food Service 3381. He was  deployed to Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom and traveled all over the world doing the Job he loved to the end, He was a proud MARINE.
